Just got the BU waitlist email. Stats are 3.6/170. Thought my 170 made them a safety when I applied, but I guess in this cycle a waitlist is to be expected. Wonder if this is the start of a wave where they'll get back to the rest of their applicants or just an isolated result.

This doesn't apply to all colleges--some are truly need-blind, even for the waitlist. 2: absolutely tell them that you will definitely attend if admitted (as long as it's true). Colleges want to be sure that when they accept you, you will attend. 3: show more demonstrated interest.
