Do the reset which erases all the channels and sets it back like it was a new box. Then add the channels you want and log back in to each channel. Check for a System Update. If you can keep your TV on long enough, then you can do this by going into Settings > System > System Update and choosing Check for Update. Turn off HDMI-CEC in the menu.
