Its kind of like a poping creeking sound on take off only. I've done lower control arms, rack and pinion, and both fron hub assembly's and still the sound.

Wait for it to quit knocking, then turn the recirculate on and off. If that doesn't do anything, change from dash vent to floor vent. If that doesn't do it, switch your temperatures.
