Just remove the two top bolts (one is black in the picture) and the one bottom bolt. Then disconnect the electrical connector.

My key dosnt get stuck and its shifting fine it just makes that clicking noise in the steering column. I noticed that sometimes the click is much louder then other times. Sometimes its hardly noticable and other times you can really hear it.I have a 2010 Chevrolet Impala and it is either the ac actuator or door blend actuator some type of actuator...A really loud knocking noise. It continues to annoy me only whenever the truck shakes a little bit. It may be something loose in the front of the driver side door or somewhere on the left side under the dash.
