I am starting going through cold turkey off Xanax I’ve been in them since January 14 2022 so I’ve been doing them every day for almost 8 months I took a week off work to cold turkey withdrawal I’m wondering if anyone has any tips I’m really nervous.Xanax works really good, you can take it on the plane as well. Just remind it takes like 20 mins to start, and works for like 6 hours.
