Right now, I don't think there is a way to "force-import" of the duplicate. Radarr should allow importing of duplicates (default should remain disabled as is) and update the movie info with the duplicate data (location, file size, format, etc), overriding the existing info. This would make manual organization and movie upgrading much easier ….

Before you go renaming all your files manually, you can try to do a manual import. It'll match what it thinks each movie is, and then you can go through each individually to confirm, or select the right match.
