Nzxt cam not detecting kraken
The pump is not being detected by my computer, no matter how many different cables, headers, or reinstalls I try. After hours of troubleshooting and research, I've found that there is a driver that the Kraken has, called "NZXT Kraken Device", which shows up under Serial Bus Controllers in the device manager. This doesn't show up for me!I put my build together last night and noticed that I can't get my X62 to change lighting, despite flipping using CAM. It's recognized, but clicking a setting to toggle lighting on/off doesn't change anything, nor does color or lighting effect. Yes, it's plugged in to a USB port on my motherboard.

Hi friends, Ive just completed my build and ive noticed that the nzxt cam software is showing Kracken Z3 Fan and Smart Device 2 Fan 1 at 0RPM. Please see the screenshot below. Setup: Overall i have 4 fans, 1 ceiling fan, 1 rear fan and 2 rear front fans that are connected to the plate which is connected to the aio radiator.Sadly (or not so sadly) we can’t use the default second gen Kraken drivers installed by CAM. Which also mean that when we switch these, CAM will no longer be able to interface with the Kraken unless this new driver is removed via the Driver Manager. ONLY FOR KRAKEN x61, x41 and x31! The AIO is working perfectly but the LCD is stuck on a white screen. I've paid a lot for this and I hope it didn't go to waste.
