It starts if charged, and will pull start and stay running with battery charged or low, but measured voltage at battery running idle between 12-12.4V. 1. Put the bearings in the freezer. I then heated the mid eccentric thing with a heat gun and torch. I got it about 300 degrees 2. At this point the bearings all dropped in without a hitch. 3. Install the little O rings into the grooves on the shaft and then the silver spacers.
