Oos friendly medical schools
Reapplicants dont fare well at most medical schools unless their application has changed drastically during a reapplication. Baylor is very highly competitive and unless you have some other factors that medical schools are also looking for (great research, extraordinary volunteering service, disadvantaged minorities etc) it would be hard to say it is worth applying a third time.Looking through MSAR made it seem like they were decently OOS friendly, but I might be missing something. Also kind of a side note, but should I apply to schools like Emory, BU, SLU, Wayne State, and Geisinger if I have ~350 non-clinical volunteering hours + 200 clinical volunteering hours? Seems like these schools are more service heavy.From my personal research I have put together a list of schools that do not seem to be very OOS friendly.
